KeyHolder Health is an independent insurance marketing and referral service. We connect real estate agents and brokers with licensed agents who specialize in 1099 self-employed coverage.
Why we exist
Most health-insurance shopping experiences are built around employer-sponsored coverage and a steady W-2 paycheck. That's not how real estate works. Commissions arrive in chunks, slow seasons are real, and "the company" doesn't subsidize benefits.
We built KeyHolder Health to match real estate professionals with independent licensed agents who already serve commission-based clients — and who can tell you honestly when an ACA Marketplace plan with a subsidy is the better fit than a private plan.
What we are not
- We are not the U.S. government, Medicare, or the ACA Marketplace.
- We are not a single carrier — we route you to independent licensed agents.
