These Terms govern your use of coveragefinderapp.com and the services provided by KeyHolder Health ("we," "us"). By using the site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

KeyHolder Health is a private insurance marketing and referral service. We are not an insurance carrier and do not issue policies. We connect users with independent licensed insurance agents.

2. No government affiliation

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, the ACA Health Insurance Marketplace (healthcare.gov), or any state agency.

3. Consent to contact (TCPA)

By submitting a quote form you agree to be contacted as described in our TCPA notice (see the quote form). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Binding arbitration & class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

5. No warranties

The site is provided "as is." We do not warrant plan availability, pricing, or coverage terms — those are set by the carrier and the licensed agent.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyHolder Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use indicates acceptance.
